Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

Nyx Wallet is a multi-currency crypto wallet operating inside Telegram as a Mini App. By using Nyx Wallet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, stop using the service.

2. Account & Access

Access to the wallet is provided through your Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure and must not share it with third parties. All actions taken from your account are deemed to be taken by you.

3. Custodial Model

Nyx Wallet uses a custodial model: private keys are held on our side and cannot be exported. This means we are responsible for the safety of funds and access recovery, but you cannot export a seed phrase yourself.

4. P2P Marketplace

P2P trading happens directly between users. The seller’s crypto is locked in escrow and released only after the deal is confirmed. Fiat settlements between parties occur off-platform and are not guaranteed by us.

In case of a dispute, a mediator makes a decision based on payment evidence and chat history. The mediator’s decision is final.

5. Swap & Rates

Crypto swaps are executed at the rate shown at the moment of confirmation. The rate may change depending on market conditions. A service fee may be included in a swap and is always displayed before confirmation.

6. AML/CFT

We automatically screen operations to counter money laundering and terrorist financing. Suspicious operations may be suspended and funds frozen pending review.

We may request proof of the source of funds and refuse service if the requested information is not provided.

7. Freezing & Restrictions

We may suspend or restrict access to an account and funds in case of suspected violation of these Terms, fraud, use of the service for unlawful purposes, or at the request of authorized authorities.

8. Prohibited Use

It is forbidden to use Nyx Wallet for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, trade in prohibited goods and services, or any other activity contrary to applicable law.

9. Fees & Limits

Sending and receiving crypto is free, except for network fees. Swaps and P2P deals may include a service fee. All fees and limits are displayed before confirming an operation.

We may change fees and limits with notice to users.

10. Taxes

You are fully responsible for calculating and paying any taxes arising from your use of the service, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for losses caused by market volatility, third-party actions, or network failures.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to a user is limited to the amount directly related to a specific operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any losses, claims, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure, including but not limited to network failures, cyberattacks, regulatory actions, and natural disasters.

15. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate these Terms and close access to the service if you breach their provisions.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of them.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in a competent court at the location of the service.
